Club Members may own either a Premier Club Interest or a Fixed Club Interest. The Owner of a Fixed Club Interest will be assigned specific Club Weeks by number (for example, weeks 51, 52, 1 & 2) according to the Fixed Club Calendar. The Owner of a Fixed Club Interest shall have the right to use each specific Club Week in the specific Club Unit referenced on his or her deed.
The Owner of a Premier Club Interest will have the right to select three Club Weeks in his or her assigned season (for example, a Winter Preferred Club Interest Owner may select up to three weeks assigned to the Winter Season according to the Premier Club Calendar) and one Club Week in the Mid-Season.

Each Club Week will be assigned a number (i.e., 1 through 52) and will be assigned to one of three Seasons (i.e., Winter, Summer, and Mid-Season) as designated in the Reservation Procedures and any applicable Club Calendar. Each owner of a Premier Club Interest will be assigned a priority letter or letters, at the time of conveyance of the Club Interest. Owners of Premier Club Interests will receive reservation rights for Club Weeks in the Club Unit type on their deed, according to the rotating priority schedule described in the Reservation Procedures.

As a Member at St. Regis Residence Club, Aspen, you receive preferred status in the combined Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program as a Platinum Elite member. Members may convert up to two eligible weeks of time to hotel loyalty points each Use Year. Loyalty points conversion must be declared during the annual Priority Reservation Period. The conversion program is subject to change or termination. Please do not purchase a Club Interest with any expectation of hotel conversion rights.

Members may place up to two eligible Use Weeks of time (reservations in one-week increments, Saturday–Saturday) in the Member Rental program, managed by The St. Regis Residence Club. Members are not guaranteed that any of their reserved time will be rented. Please do not purchase a Club Interest with any expectation of rental.
